Lowcountry South Carolina Ovarian Cancer Foundation
SCOCF Ovarian Cancer Survivors Support Group of the Lowcountry
This year the Lowcountry Chapter is working on its third annual Phantom Ball Fundraiser. It has been quite the "non-event"! Contact us to find out more about the ball and opportunities to help out. Stay tuned for your invitation to the Phantom Ball next year so you can support the Lowcountry chapter!
The Lowcountry SCOCF Chapter also provides Survivors Teaching Students-- speakers who meet with medical students, nursing students and other newly trained health professionals to make them more aware of the silent symptoms of ovarian cancer in hopes of providing an earlier diagnosis for more women in South Carolina.
Lowcountry women always turn several local towns teal in September, the national ovarian cancer awareness month. If you would like to participate, please contact us for more information.
Want to get involved? Please contact Helen Fields at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ovarian cancer survivors are invited to a monthly lunch hosted by the South Carolina Ovarian Cancer Foundation. We meet on the fourth Saturday of each month. Contact us for this month's location at email@example.com.
